Temporal storm doesn't spawn enemies (after update to 1.15.5 from 1.15.3)

I've had two light temporal storms in this save which both spawned tons of difficult enemies, as intended. I've updated since the last storm. I just had a medium temporal storm which didn't spawn any enemies at all. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I'm not really complaining, but I'm assuming this is a bug.
