Fruit trees creating infinite fruit

I go away from the tree and the fruits are back

 

some trees are also not making fruit at all

I found that my fruit trees (on 1.16.4-rc.1) that are currently fruiting are bearing their fruit every time I load into a world. Only those that say "Fruiting. Fresh fruit for xx days." though.

Same, I found out its cause of reloading not going far away

am on 1.16.3
