Make armor and clothes repairs the same way

To repair clothing you need to click it with linen, but thats dont work with armor. To repair armor you need to craft it with its materials, but thats dont work with clothing. Thats very confusing.

I personally think it would be better that, if you needed to repair armor, you had to place it on the anvil and hammer in new lamellar/chain/scales/plates. Just a few right clicks with the hammer, nothing too complex, but it would be more interactive.

When I first started playing, I thought clothes just couldn't be repaired because I couldn't find a way to fix them until I asked on discord. 
There is couple more same things, as example this:

It says it smelts into 1 ingot, but you cant smelt it without destroying with chisel. 

For a couple of days I puzzled over why this text is there if no smelting method (bloomery, forge or crusible) works.
