Infamous Phelps

I'm getting a similar issue trying to craft anything. I tried with sticks and other simple items. i can see the spear, hoe, or axe flash, but cannot pick it up. I left the game and rejoined but it still persists. I jumped out of that bugged world, and into a different one, and the issue did not occur. It only occurs in my son's world, no others.
