Hosting Vintage Story Via Docker (for any* version number)

I managed to get this working, but you have to update the hardcode line in the url you download from in the latest version of portainer. The real issue i am facing now is i can not update the server from 1.18.5 to 1.18.6 without wiping the volume mount. How do you handle updating the server versions?
