yeah its hard to tell. so i just do it eveywhere lol. usually fixes the issue for me.

Do you use anything unique on your network because. I'm having 0 issues doing everything I posted in the previous message. the only thing left is either something is on your network like a firewall, or one of the end points is refusing to connect to either.

get a bucket and start filling each square of water up with Ctrl + Right click. i have that issue when replacing dead soil.

Post a screenshot of all of your settings in graphics. CPU usage usually suggests high generation settings.

Make Sure UPNP is enabled in your router. Should be by default but some don't somtimes. but also if you're connecting to LAN, she needs to type in your Local IP address in the address when adding the Multiplayer Server. I'm also going to assume she is within the same LAN network as you and she isn't at another building or something. Open your single player game press ESC and hit "Open to LAN". after that. have her connect to your Local IP address. should be something along the lines of 192.168.x.xxx Hope this helps.
