  1. I played a bit 1.21 and I think I found two more 1.21-like possible changes: 1. destroyng anvil mold destroys also anvil, how about making it destroy only mold, but leave anvil stay ground; 2. destroyng basket trap makes it drop reed chest and stick - that's cool, but then if you want to set the trap again you neet to put it into crafting grid. How about changing that to set the basket trap you need to "shift + right click" with stick in hand on a reed chest that is actually on the ground. I feel this way more immersive. I know theese are little details, but I also know you like paying attention to details. Anyway, I love 1.21, cheers!
  2. For sure there is but I doubt they will share their ideas so early
  3. Yeah I would also like to see cattle or any draft animal
  4. Yeah, there is no far from boat to a cart. I would love to travel like gandalf in Fellowship of the Ring on a cart with my all gear in a trunk and pipe in hand. It would be cool have some mount stamina system (e.g. Mounts get tired over time, the walk/run speed decreases. After 4k blocks the speed gets so low that you need to take a break. Then you need to feed the mount and wait up to 8 hours to fully regenerate the stamina), mount speed depending on soil type (e.g. camels faster on sand, elks on snow, horses on soil) and also mount powered mill / quern. Generally mounts have so much potential I hope devs will expand mount related mechanics
  5. Horses, donkeys, mules, camels and some deepened mount mechanic to differetiate them such as walk speed or carriage capacity
  6. I would like in 1.20 to be finished not pony things mentioned in development update blogpost but also: all smithable items to be visible in tongs, all pottery items available in new colors (such as jugs), firewood and planks craftable from quarter logs if it comes to future updates I see it this way. There are 3 categories of game aspects: Working fine: metalurgy and technological progress, building system, leathermaking, farming, cooking Good but could be better: Higher priority: toolmaking/Toolworks mod integration; worldgen; animal husbandry; butchering, temporal storms; caves Lower priority: crop irrigation, glassmaking, combat update Features that are missing and could be inteoduced: butter, bell pepers, rivers, fishing, automated panning I would enjoy 2 higher priority and 3 to be introduced before next Lore update. If it comes to worldgen - more realistic terrian elevation, less random rock columns. Less random small likes. Instead of theese lakes could be rivers. Animal husbandry could be developped: visual changes of higher generations, also more milk and meat. Maybe unique hare breeding system that you news to buid wooden cage and catch hares into basket trap, then put them into cage and they could only breed in theese cages. Butchering - different meat type, sausages, roasted meat, smoking Temporal storm - i recently play with sleeping over temporal storms because in early game it is imposible to survive fighting. You can only flee. And also if I want to farm mob drops is easier to go underground as mobs don’t randomly spawn around you. I think that some exclusive temporal storm loot would be awsome to encourage players to fight during temporal storm. With this loot you could craft high armor pieces or high level tools or some exclusive machinery Also smthg to automate late game panning would be cool
  7. Hi! I feel like 1.19 and 1.20 gave us less survival / base game mechanics than previous updates and that's why some players are complaining. Maybe I'm wrong but I feel so From 1.14 to 1.17 every update introduced something new base game changes and new survival mechanics: 1.14 steel, 1.15 and 1.16 pies, cheese, fruit trees, chicken nests 1.17 juice. So when we finally got 1.18 lore update it felt like it's high time to introduce lore. .19 was focused on rework of all ruins, model reworks and new first person animations, new animals, antlers. It's all cool but there weren't many significant gameplay changes. More of them are in 1.20 but many players still wait for fishing, more complex irrigation system, combat rework or at least more weapons to choose from, integration or changes similar to Toolworks mod, more complex animal breeding, some visual changes of animals, higher generations giving more meat and milk, butchering, more realistic world generator. I personally would like to see 1.22 to be big game reworking update giving new worldgen, rivers, fishes and fishing system, integration of toolworks mechanics and anounced rework of mechanical power to make us feel like the game really evolved between the Lore updates. I like VS Lore but I guess that most players loved this game because of its survival mechanics and we would really love to see them expanded too. I can't wait for 1.21 and 1.22. thanks for your work, this game is amazing
  8. Will you be talking about peace when hordes of drifters come to your house If you refer to my combat update suspition it is not hope nor expectation. If I hear about new lore locations - probably new bosses and also two new mobs - probably new enemies it is more an intuition. It just smells like combat update. Also if I remember correctly new 1.19 animations were done as an prelude to combat rework, but that may be my own figment.
  9. I don’t agree with that. I would love to see horses especially with realistic mechanic of learning the horse how to ride and all the domestication process. Maybe horses are overdone but rarely are done well. I also hope for: ponies, donkeys, mules and camels as rideable mounts. Maybe zebras as passive mounts with similar model. Riding boars or rams sounds not cool for me. I hope for an optional setting as: immersive mounts / all animals rideable as world config option for everyone to choose
  10. 1. I hope for fishing: some fish baskets / traps or fishing nets attached to the boat. 2. I feel in bones new weapons or combat update These I would like to see
