Thanks for answer, I think the hunger drain I will not touch, because everyone has too much stored food anyway and on different servers with longest months, I noticed that when I eat something big, I have no need to eat again for really long period of time, like more than a day sometimes.

Hey, Im playing with a idea of changing month lenght on my server from default 9 days to 12. My questions are: 1) Will crops, fruitbushes and fruit trees adapt and take more days to grow? 2) Should I increase time to spoil and if so, how much? 3) Should I be aware of something else other that date jumping backwards? Like for instance something that should be tweaked alongside the time change. 4) Will this affect also the satiety drain? I think a seraph should still need to eat same amount of food per day. Thank you

Mod Title: Laughing Doors? Commission: No, just funny idea Required Features: When primitive door are broken by trying to open or close them, a shameful laugh track is played to mock the tragic of the player. Further Description: I just really think this would be a funny small niché mod. I always found it funny when primitive door break in the most unwanted maner and the player is doomed to look at what he made and is forced to do sisyphonic cycle of neverending suffering by reinstalling the doors to their place.

I would like if player didnt know the possible effects of a mushrom before he eats it, I know there was some mod for it. Just hidden stat if its poisonous until you eat it. For cooked meals, there should not be tooltip info of that unless you are the one who cooked it.

Tool head and handle should have separated durability

I actually never played Zomboid. I know it could cause "less fun" effect, but I think if it would be done right, it would rather add to the game, because the tools would look more visualy distinguish and each tool, in combination with quenching would be original also visually Thats a good suggestion too, bonuses should not be overpowered imo. -
I think it would be great and in-depth mechanic if tools would have separate durability for tool head and "stick". If one or the other reaches zero, it breaks and you are left with just tool head that you can atach to new handle or otherwise. I always found it weird and comical that you can just pick crude stick in forest and without a worry atach it to steel axe head, with that in mind, there should still have to be posibility to do that, but stick alone would have very low durability on par with the stone age tools, for a better durability handles player would need to actually craft a good handle from good wood, not just some crude stick. After stone age, player could for instance make a crude handle just with axe and/or knife that would have similiar durability as copper tool heads, with technology advancing, player would unlock a new, fine tool handles that are properly made and have high durability, maybe wood procesing with oil? (Im not woodmaker, so I dont know anything about stabilising wood) Or even further making handles better with wraping handles with leather and so on.

Hello, as title says, the beer in its curent form is little underwhelming and just not justified to make it in comparision to winery, thus theres lack of motivation to make it. In past beer was very nutrient rich and was nicknamed as liquid bread and would be cool if it could work as such also in game, even more when playing with hydrate mod, it would make perfect travel food/drink.

Hello, I know that its possible to restore archives with a "/wgen regen 7" command, but on modded server, with custon map generation, created on older version, I have fear that this can go badly and create chunk borders. Game has build in creative tool for schematics, my question is: Can I load the dungeon as Schematic and paste it right at the same place instead of the regen command? And if so, how can I load that schematic. I also have Better ruins mod on the server and I wonder if something like this could be done with those custom locations as well? It would be definitely safer to do than regen command that could cause generating new terrain that does not correspond with the old one.

I think it would be truly interesting to get rid of timer in the HUD (c) character panel and make in-world mechanics to measure time. There already can be made sun-clock in the world simply by making them from blocks/chisel, but it could be expanded even more, there could be mechanical clocks (jonas?) recipes for the clockmasters and many more even for other classes to make. For instance, there could be: 1) sun clock small device to carry around, when used, it will tell player time of day, but only if its daytime and sunny (no rain), or it could be used just by looking at it and standing to the south. 2) 12 hour glass/sand clock device, Water clocks (slowly draining water, indicating a time of day) or candle light clock. (slowly burning candle to tell the time) 3) Jonas clock device which would need temporal gear to operate, placable in the world or small carry device to tell player exact time even at night, maybe recipe unique to the clockmaker. 4) Big, multiblock mechanical clocks with spring that could be powered by mechanical power. They could have sound system (bell) to tell everyone near what time is.

What mod name for storing rusty gears in specialized holder

As the title says, I have gotten around some servers and noticed usage of wall holders that can store rusty gears (or temporal?). I would like to use that too, but I dont know what is name of that mod. Does anybody know? Thanks! -
While I understand that this cant get over the development of the game going forward, I dont really like the idea of creating new worlds for each big update especially when as Im creative person (and some friends on server too). I dont see any mentions of Rivers, only that the flowing water has stream mechanic now, the only thing that I can see as map breaking is the new rock type. It would be great if developers introduced some repair tool for the broken chunks so the admin can switch into creative and fix them manually with a some level of effort and time. ALWAYS do backups!

I hope it will be save to update with existing world on full release since I dont see any news related to world generation except one new rock type.

I love all the showed additions, will definitely lower a number of my mods. I just have big hope that rivers, or this update in general will not destroy world generation with rivers mod and conquest custom world generartion or that there will be at least some solution, like generate all already generated modded rivers and then disable the mod and update version, or somethink like that, would make me super sad to start new world. Im also thinking about some possibility of repair tool that will blend broken chunk borders? *fingers crossed*

Treasure hunter wont give me elk nor lazareth location, he also doesnt take the gears for the elk. What to do? I have completed the Archives and "listen" to all the entrier in that music machine.
