No problem! I figured out my problem, it was seraph levelling. Issue has been reported and resolved.

@Velynicus which mod was the culprit? I currently have the same problem. The mods I have activated that were in your list are the following, though I have many more installed. Alchemy, animalcages, auto map markers, better ruins, carry on, particle plus, player corpse, zoom button reborn.

Heads up for anyone finding this thread in the future, I found this because was having an identical issue. Unfortunately the offending mod was the 'rivers' mod and the author has been suspended so no updates for the foreseeable. Thanks for the sleuthing gang!

Yeah, This seems like an oversight to me too. Would be great if we got even just one extra for the two ingot version so at least we get a little bonus for the effort.

So I've watched a lot of playthroughs of the resonance archives and I'm yet to see anyone come across the secret room I'm thinking of and I can't find any reference to it anywhere. Don't want to spoil it for anyone so I'll give a few hints in decreasing vagueness. Just curious to see if anyone else has found it.
