I really like the original. I think it could be updated, perhaps. Not with blocks. But just updated. There is something about the new one that I just feel is not ... rusty enough. Does not capture the feeling of the game to me. I see that reflected in other people's comments as well. It is a great logo... but it is just too - cartoony to me. Perhaps something in the middle. But i would lose the cubic design. This is not minecraft xD
