    Hi there!

Compatibility very much depends on what mod you have in mind. Weaponpack Gamma will need a compatibility patch to work with Bullseye. As for Primitive Survival, I wasn't aware it adds new ranged weapon! I'll take a look at that. Some other mods like Useful Stuff or Lichen should work well as they are :)

    Good Morning!

I'm using a mod that brings a Primitive Bow and Primitive Arrows into play, I thought it was the Primitive Survial Mod. I'll look up which ones exactly, and I use Usefull Stuff Mod in it as well.

My mistake, the Crude Bow and Arrow are from the vanilla game :D

A compatibility patch would be great! :)

My bad, turns out the efficiency was not working properly. Now it should by default have an efficiency of only 40% and now a config will generate that will allow you to change the efficiency and speed of the sluice. Also Wild Farming has been updated to have a significantly smaller drop chance for gravel.

    Thanks!

It looks like the muddy gravel doesn't seem to be there anymore. It is processed, but nothing comes of it.

Muddy gravel goes without any problems, was just the low speed. The seeds have gotten a lot better too!

He also does not seem to use the settings that I make in the config. I used the Speed 1 and it processes it just as slowly as with 0.25.

So a few settings in the config tested!

So if you do 0 you have the old speed again, 1 is slower than 0.25. Whereby 0.25 is also quite slow, for me there is no real difference between 1 and 0.25. Maybe I see it differently, at least at 0 you have the old speed again :)

Muddy gravel is not vanilla, this mod does not make blocks pannable. Muddy gravel is made pannable by my other mod Wild Farming, and the reason behind that was so that players had an alternative means of getting seeds such as rafflesia without having to travel kilometers to find a jungle.

I know it comes from the wild farming mod, you wrote above. You just said you'd turn it into wood. Because what seeds you got out of it was extreme, after 1 minute I had 5 chests full of seeds.

Maybe just lower the chances of getting fewer seeds.

I just tried the new version, the problem I see now is for players like me who don't have a standard time. My day lasts longer than the standard time, so 4 blocks in an hour are very little because the time goes by very slowly. Couldn't you do that with Modconfig? So that everyone can adjust how fast / how much is processed?

I'll change that to Wood, and I made muddy gravel like that as an alternative source of lime by crushing the shells.

Have you changed that yet? I still have a lot of muddy gravel, would like to convert it, but you get so much seed out that I couldn't keep it up by throwing it away. Maybe instead of seeds or wood you could get sand out? You can either let it sift again or use it for plaster

  5. Perhaps a small objection, many professions or their skills can only be leveled if you have the professional skill. But you first need level 5 in the area, so you can't do anything with the points until then. Wouldn't it make more sense to put the professions on level 1? So that you could "start" with this profession?

Do you still have all your skill levels and abilities? And the abilities just do not work?

Yes, I still have all of my levels, experience, skill points and also the skills that I have already taken.

If I start the server in the morning to play on it, everything works until I log out because I am afk. If I come back and join, the glow no longer work and the cooking skill no longer works either. Until I restart the server.

  7. I just noticed, I don't think that when you glow and you place tree saplings at night, they illuminate an area like a torch in the light level that you glow right?

Now I know why the glow works.
The skill works every time you restart the server and then connect to it. If you leave the server running and join again after 10 minutes you will not glow again until you restart the server. So the same problem as with cooking with the extended food mod.

    • Thanks 1
  8. So today I seem to glow, I don't know what is different today than yesterday. Maybe it was due to another mod, some have been updated. At the moment the extended food mod also has problems that it doesn't use the cooking skill properly when I want to cook more than 6 ingredients. Maybe it has to do with the skill that makes you glow.

Maybe because the extended food mod now also uses the compatibility library mod?

@XanduAs far as I can see, your mod has no open source, so it's quicker to ask this :) Do you do something with aasets? All the Compatibility Lib does is change the path to the asset from api.Asset.AllAssets. Perhaps forcing an asset to reload while playing might break this, are you doing something like that?

Are these assets also used when e.g. pouring metal into a mold? Or while cooking?

I see namely through the skills the molds etc are reloaded every now and then because the metal is recalculated what flows into it through my skill bonus that I need 10% less metal to fill a mold, for example

I wish I could say. :/ My code is almost identical.

I suspect it is due to the insertion of the Compatibility Lib v1.1 Mod. But I don't know exactly either.
But as long as no worse mistakes happen, you can probably live with it, I thought I would just let you know

Maybe? I'm really not sure. The Bushmeat Meals mod is very simple, all I really did was fix some visual issues it had with meat stew.
I'm not sure I fully understand your problem. Can you make bushmeat stew by inserting only 6 chunks of meat per slot, or are you capable of putting in 1-6 chunks into each one and you just can't go over? If it's the latter, you might want to take it up in the XSkills thread. Maybe they had a specific bit of code that only worked with that mod ID.

Sorry for my English, it's not my mother tongue.

I can do the bushmeat stew, it works if I put 6 pieces in the first two slots. Thanks to the skill mod, I was able to put 10 pieces in each slot until the update today. Now it only works when I restart the server and don't go out of the game, I join the server again, the skill doesn't work anymore.
I thought I would ask here first before I ask the skill mod, since everything worked until the update from the food mod.

Bushmeat Meals has been replicated, you can drop it if you use it.

There are problems with bushmeat. I can only cook bushmeat stew if I put 6x6 in it, but if I put in more than 6 pieces due to the cooking skill, the saucepan no longer registers it.

There seems to be no problem after all, restarting the server helped and now it works as it should.

I seem to have narrowed the problem down! If you restart the server it works until you leave the server as a player. If you then join the running server again, it works again with only 6 ingredients. Until you restart the server again, more than 6 ingredients would work.

The way it works is: the darker the block you are standing on, the more you start to glow. So you do not need to press a button. Are you sure you have skilled the luminiferous ability? Do you have any other mods active? Are you playing single player or on a server?

I play on a server and have leveled the skill. I still use other mods yes.
