Calo-Mari

First go at a shiver. There is a real flicker of humanity in them when they stand, like they’ve gained control, even for just a second.

Had the want to do another one of the storms, so gone ahead and made a sketch of one. ‘Might either just turn this to a painting one day, or just simply clean it up more and turn it to an ink drawing.

I originally did it with a charcoal pencil on the canvas, but the final version of it was actually just done with sharpie.

Seraph in a deep, cold, room.

Bowtorn finally getting some love. I have made many attempts before in the past to draw them, but I never ended up liking them enough to post. I can just imagine this guy waiting to jumpscare me in the slightly too dark corner of the storage room.

Had fun yesterday, and wanted to draw some more. Set about in the dirt, Stone in hand, For the tall-and-blue folk of the wilderness.

Been awhile since I’ve done a Vintage Story drawing, again, and so I made a tainted drifter this time. Another melted man for the pile.

I had just gotten the notification of your comment on my post, and so I went to look at the art area, and ended up seeing this first. This is insanely cool looking! It is proper wallpaper material. The colors, stylization, and feel of it all is just on point. I look forward to seeing your future posts here!

Haven’t done a proper vintage drawing in a while, so I had thought to draw one of the higher-tier drifters. Happy with how it turned out.

Well I guess I'm out of post file size so uh, don't know what to do about that. Ah well.

Further progress on the starterbase. A beautiful sunset greets me every evening in this spot, as rays scatter around the mountain and stretch into the distance. Had to compress this one down a lot in order to fit...

Finally decided it was ample enough time for the mod list I've been gathering over the past year to have all updated to 1.22, and so after a few hours of tweaking, I have begun anew in a brand new world. (Important mods of note: Collapsestory, Terra Prety, Coriaender Shaders, and Watersheds) Here is a glimpse into my new world: The first night abode... this ruin had collapsed under the stress of my construction, but I repurposed the shed cobble to fashion a new wall to rest my roof on. The view overlooking the river valley I settled into, the image is compressed as it was far too large before. Will post more below, ran out of file room on this one!

Truth! I don’t feel like the music gets enough praise, it’s really good and has stuck with me. Vintage Story wouldn’t have the same vibe without it.

I like this. It adds more depth between the interactions of the player and the ecosystem they live in, and I feel as it could lead to many interesting situations that makes the player have to strategize based on their current needs.
