    Also quoting from the post directly: we have Maltiez, author of the mod Combat Overhaul, on our team to advise us, we abducted the infamous SaltyWater to help us with animations and conveniently we just received new combat hit detection tech from the Glint team as they are also currently working on combat maltiez is there to advise and anything that has to do with code has come from a team that isn’t involved in Vintage Story’s development

    The main issue I have with this is that people miss that in their Development Update Anego states that he is there to advise them on the combat update due to him having made Combat overhaul which with the concept art given seems to mostly be the layering of armor rather than anything with the source code not him being a dev with access to code, as they also stated that CO would still have a purpose even after the update so he probably didn’t have much if any access to the code rather simply advising them based on the layers of armor that he has in CO

    no Rp here, drifters and temporal storms are enabled but if you convince enough people I would increase the time in between storms but they will not be disabled
