Explored it a while back! Everything lore-related has been fascinating so far. The mod makers def tried to make it out like a real location! Semi-Spoiler for the lore:

I only *just* downloaded better ruins, so I wouldn't have figured this would be part of it. Though I would say that my confusion was defineily compounded by not finding a mention of my find anywhere (including videos about the mod!) Ty for the solution, I feel like an idiot now.

replying to LadyWYT: For reference, I'm running a creative game on the regular map generation, but doing things "as i should" (ex. finding the treasure trader, walking to the archive, etc.). I'm also playing on 1.20.0-rc.8 I can't remember what trader I talked to anymore because I'm several hours in, but they gave me a map to the university after I gave them a large intact globe. I may just head to there anyway and investigate, since I can't find anything on it. Though the wiki is barebones, I found it odd that a location you get a map for wasn't on it. (Edit: Yes, I do understand creative will be taken as "cheating" or "not doing things right". I just thought I'd state how I'm playing in case I've managed to do things out of order, or not as I should have been)

Does the university have any lore significance? It's much further away from anywhere I've traveled before, so I'm hesitant to make the journey. Already have the elk, so it'll be an easier trip, but I genuinely haven't been able to find anything about it. No videos, nothing on the wiki, no prior post here. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places? Any kind of answer would be cool.
