A falx costs the same amount of metal as a spear, so cost wouldn't be an issue

Hi! Looking to meet some new people and try multiplayer out some more. I'm interested in joining a mostly fresh server so that we could progress together. I'm happy with any casual or an RP setting. I am 110 hours deep into a singleplayer world so I understand the game well enough. If anyone wants another member hmu!

This would be very convenient. I lost a couple iron bars this way because I didn't realize it lol.

Sorry if this has been talked about before but I looked it up and couldn't find anything. Bows are nice but I thoroughly enjoy using spears. I'm well into the iron and it's always bothered me how I can't make one of of iron. I'm sure that there's some balancing reason for this because of the damage stacking for higher tier metals, but if that's the case then I'm not sure why there couldn't just have a max damage for all spears if that would be a problem. Is there some other reason why we can't have iron spears?

So I wanted to build a nice slanted roof for my Greenhouse. I chose the design shown below for the ceiling and it does not register as a valid room. Am I missing something or does this roof design just not work? There are no gaps.
