Sizzle Corndog

Hey wasn't sure if I was tweaking or not but has anyone run into an issue where they can't shift+click items out of their backpacks into containers or vice versa? It works fine for items only if you don't have your backpack open and you're shift+clicking from your bar. I wasn't sure if this was a bug or something that I had missed since now bags can be their own containers. I'm using a fork of the combat overhaul mods so that might be related, but I wanted to check if ppl were having that issue in the base game

Am I tripping or do I need to update my api? When generating a new world in dev mode it says that my api is still 1.21.0, but the patch notes mention the api being updated to 1.22. Do I need to update this/ how would I update it? Trying to see if this is one of the things making my mods not work.
