Had an interesting outcome: We have Expanded Foods (Obviously) and XSkills that has a trait that "Has a chance to add a random valid ingredient" to a meal. It apparently thinks that the item expandedfoods:recipeingredient-item-sasuage-instrumentalcase is a valid item and I have a simple meal with that in it, lol.
