  1. I know this is a fairly old post and there are a mod for it but I have to +1 this. Right now there arent a lot of methods to preserve meat for long term, except salting it. But a good salami or dry sasuage (hungarian style) or blood sausage would be awesome. You could hang the sausages to the ceiling of the pantry to dry them or bake them in an oven. There could be a new dish with baked sausages and roasted potatoes (with fresh bread obviously)!
