I've noticed this too, I've also had items craft more than they should. I was making double chest and only had 4 singles but ended up getting 3 doubles. As well as sometimes I can't place an item in any slots except the original one it was in until I close the windows out and reopen it.
Also has anyone had the glitch with the fishing rod where the bobber stays out in the water, at first the line was still following my character around even when I put the rod away, after relaunching the world the line disappeared but the bobber is still sitting out in the water.
