  1. I am on Apple silicon. on the v1.21 download page, the only link for macOS is x64. Is downloading the arm version appropriate?
  2. 1.20.10 fixed it for me. Check if Rossetta is upto date and that you have py3cairo(latest version of cairo). I think cairo was my issue, but i updated evrything, homebrew and even my software. The terminal commands are on the install guide page. Just change py2cairo to py3cairo.
  3. The handbook is quite interesting. Was making a greenhouse, so I looked for instructions in the handbook and read area instead of volume. But because I rolled 0 in perception and awareness, i made it 9x7x3(it was mean't to be by 3) which is smaller than 7x7x7. I don't know how i was given three measurements and still thought area. I found tin finally. Pies are my main food source right now. They make the dieting so easy.
  4. Progress. I left the hole, felt like I made a spawner if anything. I feel like trees grow quite fast. I got trees from seeds faster than crops. Entering the copper age opened the game up like crazy. I made the hole in the wall into a wine cellar (work in progress). Would be cool if lightning cooks the creatures it kills. I cannot, find any tin. Everywhere has bismuth and i even found titanium(I gave up after this), I think I'll look for a trader.
  5. Drew an analogy from the windows solution. While in finder shift+command+c to get to computer. Then just follow this order, Macintosh(whatever your drive is called)>Users>Your Name>Pictures>Vintagestory. This is the only game I've seen do screenshots like this on mac(not a complaint).
  6. Made a second world after starving to death in fall. Think things will go okay this time. I abhor the bowtorn I can barely fight back. Anyways; whoever coded in the breaking of molds when the temperature changes too fast, I Hate You (platonically). It's nowhere in the guide how was i supposed to know?Thankfully i built in what I assume to be an alluvial plain. There is soo much peat it's insane, I never use firewood other that in a charcoal pit. Wish we didn't need firewood to start fires. Thankfully you can take out the firewood without lighting it and just use a different fuel.
  7. It disappears when I look at anything that would cause the tooltip to show. Even grass. I just manually rolled back versions to 1.20.7, because even 1.20.8 doesn't work for me.
