I've noticed something similar it seems like maybe over the course of the past two updates? When looking around or moving and looking in one direction, I'll notice that I have a delay or it forcibly turns my camera in one direction, causing me to have to furiously swipe my mouse over my mousepad in order to re-focus. It's a pain when being chased by drifters. Also, with just the very latest Vintage Story update my computer has started frequently making the "USB device connected/disconnected" noise. My mouse is a hard-wired USB mouse that has not given me problems with anything else. And as soon as I shut down vintage story, my mouse USB connection no longer seems to flicker in and out (and make that connect/disconnect noise). On Windows 10 though. 19 Hours Later Edit: Probably not Vintage Story related! Still having issues, but I'm also seeing it when I am not in vintage story. I still don't get the disconnected/connected sound as often (it's only happened once actually), But that mouse movement delay is all over the place when I'm just browsing the internet. Now the fun of trying to nail down if it's a mouse issue or a USB port issue or Windows device driver issue or what.
