  1. Hi ! If I understand correctly, when you select "approaches" for the storms, the UI is just shown when a storm is coming ? Because for me the "storm approaches" is always shown, but without any timer.

     

    Edit : whoops, nvm, it seems it was because I tested the mod in exploration, not in survival, sorry !

  2. If it can explain a little bit, my friend is really not a computer lover ^^ And he's using a potato one ^^

    /fixmapping applyall didn't do anything, and it seems that those blocks are olivine bits.

    I think I'll just destroy them when I see any more.

    When the client joins, it should automatically download it again and place it in the correct location.  Once the client has joined, it wouldn't hurt to also check the Mod Manager and ensure that the mod is listed there once, and that it's enabled.

    It downloads it but puts it in the ModsByServer folder. And so the mod doesn't show up in the Mod Manager.
    Edit : and, if it helps, I can craft all the items of your mod, but it's just those blocks which don't load.

    I'm not sure what this means, but if it's a folder that you've created inside one of your two regular mods folders then that's not a good idea afaik.

    This folder was here when I installed the game, I didn't create it. So I don't know why you don't have it. For me it's in my VintagestoryData folder.

    And also, I found that on the wiki :

    "Starting from Vintage Story 1.16, when you connect to a multiplayer server which offers a modded game, it will automatically set up the mods correctly for that server on the player's side. It creates a folder(names it on its own by IP or servername) in ModsByServer folder for each different multiplayer servers it's located AppData\Roaming\VintagestoryData\ModsByServer"

    And I have just one copy of the mod in my files.

    Edit Oh I noticed you mentioned the mod manager... Does the mod need to be in the proper Vintagestorydata\Mods or is the ModsByServer folder OK ?

    Edit 2 : Well I tried to put it in Vintagestorydata\Mods but still the same :(

  9. Howdy ! I posted this problem on the mod page but didn't see this one, so...

    "Hey ! Little problem here, on my server, one of my friends can't connect to the game if I put this mod in. It works fine for all other players.
    The error shown on his computer mentions :

    "System Exception: Don't know how to instantiate item of class 'itemhide', did you forget to register a mapping?"

    Does somebody know a solution for this ?"
