I'd like to start a server where players can apply for a nobility to be the lord of a large area of land. Everything outside of claimed areas would be PVP enabled (with a config to only be at night or be disabled entirely). Players can freely settle in these lands and start they're own villages but may need to pay a yearly tax to remain (configurable). Growing your lands can be controlled by admins (I want to promote road construction). Players who commit too many murders in a set period of time may be subject to punishment by admins such as having pvp enabled against them anywhere (perhaps with a bounty system) or being banned from entering certain settlements (with some prior notice). I'm willing to pay $20 for it. I'd also like a pop up to display when entering a settlement with the name of it (like in dark souls).
