That's why as i mentioned before we need to wait for next response / clarification. the first one is lacking in parts not addressing the issues that started the whole thing, the people that suffered collateral damage because of it, and the behavior Maltiez presented after it came to light. "Oh, i don't need excuses, I know i did the right thing. and it worked." "Why you is important here" and his later doubling down. The whole thing is a mess, and the Tyron response did quelch a bit of the anger, but did damage too for not adressing the other important parts too. eh i just hope Tyron, and Anego Studio know what they are doing, and atleast I want to see clarification and adressing things not said in the first response.

Wish we could make tanning pits before barrels. Like the good old times. Dig a pit fill it with clay drop skins cure them with the usuall process

By mid way point I meant more so tin bronze, bismuth bronze, black bronze. Since well making copper anvil in itself fells and is wasteful. When with a bit of tin you can have better.

I am looking for ways to acquire leather faster qnd sooner before the mid way point in game. Tin bronze anvil, barrels, buckets, lime water, weak tanin, strong tanin. Waiting 5-6 days to the whole processes to occur is hurdle on itself and I mostly find my time spent hammering ingots and sleeping. I might be doing something partially wrong since the leather i produce doesn't last for long and I find lack of it and the whole process of waiting taxing. The second point is the length of the season, what acually is affected by the length? My first real save I set up length to 30 days per season aka 24 hours. Besides the longer winter and around 50 real hours before the winter starts, the slower crops growth what else is affected?

Time will tell what will happen in the coming days and future. as i mentioned in my previous response, some of most important parts of the whole ordeal were not adressed. eh gotta see the next response (at least im hoping this will not be the last response of Anegos Team regarding the recent events.)

yep. the response as it is, is not a worst one. Though not adressing the thing going on with Maltiez when the malware came to light, and his doubling down on the uploading version again after deleting it is a mistake. the whole thing hit few good points, but it is lacking far more in others. lack of addressing that Maltiez malware detected false positives in other mods is another issue unaddressed. Keeping Maltiez on tighter leash, i do not know how to feel about this one. it won't rewind the damage he did up to this point, and it might lead towards more animosity. I can say only future will tell how this will affect the Vintage Story and Anegos Studio.

The whole situation started and moved poorly, from some part of community outrage, to Maltiez "i did the right" and doubling down deleting, readding and deleting the malicious code again. To the whole incidents on discord server (idk how it is there i do not use discord anymore). The main issue as of now is the wait from the dev team to address the issue. I understand that getting the facts right and checking everything is a good thing. Though the longer we do not get the official response there will be issues.
