Thank you for your response, my metrics show 10% peak cpu usage with 3 players with the average sitting more at 5-6%, I figure I should be able to host around 20 players then

I'm running a server with 4 cores and 24gb of ram on a Ubuntu virtual machine and I was wondering if those specs are good enough to comfortably host ~20 players with around 20-30 mods. I'd be grateful if any of you hosting a server could tell me your specs and the ammount of players and mods you're hosting.
