Ive thought about trying to copy my current house over onto a new world, is that possible?

After 34 hours and getting to the iron age I discovered about sailboats, and thats when i realized that the world is automatically set to 97% landcover. I have no oceans in my world and I want to use the sailboats. Any tips?

I got a basic farm rotation working and I started to get loads of vegetables, I also built a proper cellar which allows my vegetables to last the winter. I always had something in my offhand which fixed most of my problem but since the hunger problem was affecting how much I enjoyed the game to the point of thinking of quitting I turned it down from the settings to 0.75x and I'm having a smooth sailing ride to getting to early iron age. Thanks!

I'm in the late copper age and I've got a basic farm down with different types of food and some berry bushes down, The problem is though, I'm consuming food faster than I can replenish and I find myself starving 90% of the time. Any meat I find is used on crocks to prepare for winter(which I don't see myself having enough time to prepare for it lol) Anything I can do about it? I'm on August.
