I actually agree with a few of the above suggestions more than what is planned due to bushes in real life being more weed like. Destroying the bush when broken is good and needing a cutting to grow new bushes. However the idea of also being able to relocate the bush with a shovel is a nice idea; though I imagine it would be similar to getting stone blocks where you need to dig every dirt block around the base to get the bush. Overgrowing bushes can also make pruning important to keep good yields as overgrowing bushes can starve themselves or become too brittle and die if mishandled or attempting relocation even if done properly and even turn the bush into an obstacle until it is healthy. As for planting cuttings I don't agree with needing such high maintenance for bushes as they have literally grown out of concrete like weeds on many occasions in real life. I do think you can make it more likely that the cutting doesn't die if you plant it in medium or high quality soil until it's grown and then can be relocated via the shovel method but can also be planted of low quality soil or forest floor for a high chance of it dying similar to trees.
