Paracelsian tinctures would be relatively simple and work a lot like cooking: You would soak aqua vitae in a barrel with your choice of herbs and minerals, before re-distilling and sealing in a bottle for later use. It would really just be a expansion of the herbal tea mechanic already being considered rather than its own entire system.
