Iron Spears

Iron and Steel should have spears too, I'm not sure why they don't exist in already, spears are still very useful into the iron age and beyond. Maybe they could be called javelins if spear is too primitive of a name.

Iron and Steel spears are okay to be called spears. Throwable variants should be javelins, but you have poor range with those unless you use a tool called an Atlatl.

I suspect the absence of those items is a game balance thing.  Based on the damage progression of spears, the iron and steel variants would likely allow killing bears with just 2 or 3 spears instead of the half dozen plus.
