Clutter Bookshelves Not Dropping

I don't exactly know where to post this, but when you repair and break clutter bookshelves you do not get the item.
Checking the handbook shows this to also be the case. You do not get the item from breaking the bookshelves.

Due to the recent patch, I believe this to be a bug.
Again, I don't know where to post this, so I am sorry if this is the wrong thread.
