knife tier on drop rates

howdy fokls relatively new to the scene and was wondering if I use a copper knife does it increase drop rate when harvesting from animals compaired to the flint knife?

No. I don't think it even harvests faster.

It has higher durability and damage.

Better knives harvest animals slightly faster in my experience and plants much faster. They will also have higher durability and damage. Drop rates will not increase though.
