How do I put exactly 1 liter of water in a cooking pot?

Jugs put 0.3 liters with each click, so I can put 0.9 and 1.2 liters with nothing in between. How do I make it so that I only put 1 liter, no more and no less?

Afaik you are only able to achieve an even 1 litre with the bucket or the bowl in vanilla. However, I recently stumbled across this mod that changes the jug's increments from 0.3L to 0.2L, which would solve your problem.

A bowl should equal exactly 1 L. I believe you can also achieve 1 L via bucket, by either ctrl-clicking or shift-clicking with the bucket on the desired slot(I don't remember which it is). Otherwise, I think 0.9 L usually works for recipes that require 1 L...or at least, it works for jams.
