How do I make rifts appear in my world?

Hello dear gamers, so when creating my world I may've disabled rifts because I dont see any drifters spawning at night above ground. Yes I know how activity works, and even when its apocaliptyc I still see no rifts or drifters
Does anyone know a /serverconfig command that can fix it? Id love to make rifts unvisible but so they still spawn mobs, or at least so rifts appear and spawn the baddies, thank you!

That should enable the rift mechanic in your world. Also, welcome to the forums!
