Wind changing every in game minute(tick of time)

Hey, seems like a bug but dont know how it is supposed to be so checking with you all. I got some mods installed, and turned off some temporal stuff with commands.

So the wind strength changes every "tick of time" or every in game minute. I use hud clock mod and can see the wind strength with it, is this the same for all?

not sure exactly what is being seen.  That said, yes the wind seems to fluctuate within a range, which kinda mimics real life (think gusts).

yeah, I have noticed the same thing even without mods just by operating a windmill.
