nick zomisky Posted March 27, 2025 Report Posted March 27, 2025 I keep getting this error continuously and I can not figure out what mod is causing it. not sure where to ask. any ideas on what mod to disable?  already tried quite a few  27.3.2025 06:38:06 [Error] Patch 125 (target: game:blocktypes/clay/pot.json) in game:patches/Food/potingredients.json failed because supplied path /behaviors/1/__comment is invalid: The json path /behaviors/1/__comment was not found. No such element 'behaviors' at the root path

These are the worst kind of errors to figure out, due to how these patches are set up. It's probably a food mod, it might be a compatibility mod. Judging from the error message, you are most likely okay to ignore this message. If you want to figure out what mod is causing this issue, you have two options. If you only got a few, maybe already one or two contestants: Open the .zip-files of the mods, open the "assets" folder, open the "game" folder, open the "patches" folder, see if it contains a folder called "Food". If it does, check if the folder contains a file called "potingredients". If not, check the next patch. If you got a couple of dozen mods: Do a binary search. Disable the latter half of your mods. Check if the error message pops. If it does, disable half of your enabled mods. Continue, until the error message stops. If not, disable the first half, enable the second half. Rinse and repeat. Edited March 27, 2025 by Brady_The
nick zomisky Posted March 27, 2025 Author Report Posted March 27, 2025 game will not load with the error. and I already tried that I did not find any mods that even had that in it so far. I figured it was expanded foods or something but it is not. will keep messing with it today when I have more time

Post server-main and client-main logs here. If I had to venture a guess, I'd say that you updated the game version to the newest one, but either forgot to update some mods or weren't able to. Thorfinn Posted March 27, 2025 Report Posted March 27, 2025 There is a quicker way to do what @Brady_The is saying. Just search your mod folder for "potingredients.json". Since you are using Windows, when you look for it, make sure that the "Zipped Files" is checked in Advanced Options. 1
