GLaDOS_cz Posted March 29, 2025 Report Posted March 29, 2025 (edited) Hello, I think it would really add to the forests and trees if their naturally spawned logs that have exposed upper and bottom texture to air would be covered in bark as rest of the logs. They would be still normal logs of wood and after cutting they would drop classic textured log as now. Also, off topic, if you developers considering or working on rivers, it is technically possible to make those rivers leveled and traverse terrain in slopes and sudden waterfalls? Also would be interesting, if clay formations would generate near rivers and what about beavers and their wooden damns, creating wetlands rich to turf/peat? Dont know how realistic it would be though. Edited March 29, 2025 by GLaDOS_cz 1
Broccoli Clock Posted March 29, 2025 Report Posted March 29, 2025 (edited) * mind blown moment * I've been playing for 100s of hours and I've only just realised there are no rivers in VS! I mean there might be in terms of world gen creating a small path of water, but traditional high altitude water sources don't create rivers that flow down to sea level.
