Stuck in Trader's bed

i took a nap in a trader cart and when i got up i was crouching and tried to walk off the bed he pushed me back and now i'm stuck in his bed. i've tried exiting the game and going back in but i'm in the same position. is there any way to kill myself so i can respawn?

           UPDATE THE     /GM 3    WORKED!!!! I tried creative mode (/gm 2) and that didn't work thanks for the help

The /kill command should work otherwise you could hit the trader and have them kill you (though I do not know if they’ll forever be hostile) or wait and starve to death

I would just switch your gamemode to spectator, move to a free spot, and then switch back to survival. You don't lose items or nutrition that way.

/gm 3 for spectator

/gm 2 for survival(though it could be /gm 1)
