Hello All. To those that read my post, I wish you a great day, and thanks for taking the time to read this.

TLDR: looking for some helping optimizing my game settings so it runs smooth, without mods.

Just looking for some assistance on optimizing my settings in the game to have a smooth experience. For some reason the game lagspikes, and feels sluggish at times. Even thou i see the average fps at around 110. I've seen actual dips randomly drop to 45 as the lowest. Its strange. I see the FPS essentially bouncing constantly between 95 and 110 with random dips into 45. I'm going to share my PC specs and the current in game settings i have setup. Please help me ;-;

Wow. I have a machine where I run very similar settings, though I crank dynamic lights and particles, and have no problems, except on world saves.

That's on an i5-4970(?) with 16g and a 980 Strix.

I swear, the hotter graphics cards seem to have a problem...
