dakko Posted June 2, 2025 Report Posted June 2, 2025 (edited) The Refund Policy says: "You should receive a full refund within about a week after your refund request." so it will not be a gift card. If you paid by credit card, I would expect the refund to appear on your credit card too. For hours spent, the only way that I'm aware is when choosing your world (it shows how much time you've spent in that world right below that savefile's name). Other than that, I do not know. I hope this helps! eta: this is assuming you made the purchase through the Vintage Story website. If made through Humble or itch.io, their refund policies may be different.
