How often does worldgen like this happen?

Was charting out potential locations for a permanent base location, and came across this fantastically hidden cove. Pretty sure the archways are high enough to fit sailboats even.

Didn't have a theme in mind for my play through, but I guess I'm going pirate themed now.

I see something like this about once or twice in every world I love it when it happens, and one day I plan to build a base hanging under one

I also see, almost every time, a locust nest hanging from somewhere under it
