I refunded the game like maybe a year ago and I was looking with my friends and the game looked better so I bought it and i was banned anyone know why

probably because you refunded the game so they banned your account to prevent you from playing a game you don't own. Basic economics 101.

Try creating a support ticket. You'll get more help from the people who can actually do something about it.

That's a question for the support team, but to my knowledge if a player refunds the game then the linked game account is banned until repurchase.
