Open up the logs folder, you'll need to be able to read the whole logs and the complete errors to be able to debug things properly. And copying and pasting text is a lot better than taking screenshots of segments of it.

Kass- check out your folder structure. I ran into a similar issue If your mod was working and you moved stuff around then it started to error. check your path. If your mod never worked, download the sample mod project and carefully review it and how its built.

to find your logs depends on if your windows mac or linux. I'm linux so my path will slightly differ

@kass start here https://wiki.vintagestory.at/Modding:Content_Tutorial_Simple_Item/en DM me if you need help or post on here if you need help getting started. What are you trying to build? Do you have a project plan for your mod? etc

thx @Brady_The that fixed it but how can i spawn it in the world now to see if it really worked ? ( i'm very sorry i'm new to all this )

Entities are a bit special. You need an "entities" file to create it, an an "itemtypes" file to make them accessible in-game.

You could look at how Vanilla does it, but I personally would use a mod, because those files are usually a bit more accessible in terms of size and readability.

https://mods.vintagestory.at/thylacinidae would be a good candidate, because it currently adds only one animal.

If you want to have a look at the Vanilla files, you can find them in "assets\survival\itemtypes", they are called "creature*.json".
