When I got there, there was slate, but what was strange was the number of wanderers I found, and not the common ones, but the strong ones. Even after killing a few, they keep appearing. What does this mean?

Maelstrom Posted November 12, 2025 Report Posted November 12, 2025 You were deep in a cave where stronger drifters will spawn. As you cave dive, the deeper you go the stronger they will get. The rift activity may lead to larger numbers spawning as well. Best to spelunk when rift activity is low or calm unless you are 1. prepared to 2. fight off a mass of eldritch horrors. 2
