More Textures

I will like to see a variety of textures i the game that make the game look more hi dev or to make the textures more simpler for people who like it that way also I don't want this to be categorize under the mods menu and should have its own menu or expand the mods menu to add texture only section. 

to summarize I would like to see more textures packs in the game. Not that I don't like the original textures I just like more simpler ones.

This is already possible via making one's own textures for the game. It's also worth bearing in mind that the devs have their own artistic vision for the game, and texturing takes quite a lot of work. The more textures there are, the more disk space the game will require. It's much better to keep texture packs as optional mods, rather than bake them into the game directly and bloat the file size.
