Change Spawnpoint

Is it possible to change spawnpoint? I set up my base a way away from world spawn and its a bit of a pain to walk back every time I die.

I've looked through the guide and I can't find anything, so I'm assuming there isn't a way to change spawn point, but I figured I might as well ask here to see if I missed something

You can change it with a temporal gear but its quite rare.

As mentioned you need the temporal gear. Check the treasure hunter traders, they will sell one for 4-5 rusty gears sometimes. Otherwise you are stuck trying to kill special shivers, drifters and bowtorns during a temporal storm.
