Bought the game and no key?

If you bought this game from Anego directly via Paypal, you should have received a separate mail with the game key. For me it was almost instantaneously.

If you bought it from an official reseller I can't help you. I don't know how the process works, but I'd be surprised if it were much different. Maybe you can find it in the purchase section of that resellers website.

If you bought it via different payment processors it might take while, depending on how that processor works.

Check your spam folder to see if anything was caught.

If the key doesn't want to turn up, create a support ticket: https://www.vintagestory.at/support/

I bought it directly through with a credit card. Then received emails for my account and purchase but nothing with the game key. I've opened a ticket. Wasn't sure if there was anything I missed.

Odd. There should have been an email with the key. Did you check your spam box to make sure it didn't end up there somehow? Otherwise, I have no idea.

I do. I have a few but nothing with a key.

@TinyKittenKisses Support is normally pretty fast. I'd assume that it's due to the holidays that responses take a bit longer.
I do understand that this situation really sucks. Unfortunately, most people in this forum are just Vintage Story players and we cannot help you with this except for redirecting you to the support.

In the past few days they accumulated a couple houndred tickets and the team isn't that big. Probably also due to the holidays, as people bought the game and might have issues, questions or something. Your ticket should be looked at soon :)

Yes I figured! They actually just got back to me so yay ! Time to play!
