Starrshine24 Posted February 2 Report Posted February 2 Does anyone have any ideas why i can not log into the game with my email and password, i can sign into the account on the website just fine but when i try on the game it says invalid email or password

Also make sure that caps lock and whatnot wasn't turned on by accident, and that you're otherwise typing the information correctly. If you continue to have issues then you'll want to submit a support ticket since the support team will have the tools and information required to fix account issues.

Dilan Rona Posted February 6 Report Posted February 6 Check your password. It's the most common mistake. The forum account and password, and the game account and password are completely separate.

Even then, when I tried to reset my password earlier I was met with a "Password reset failed. The password reset key seems to be missing or has been already used, did you use the right link?" , and requesting another link takes 24 hours... Idk what to do.
Dilan Rona Posted February 6 Report Posted February 6 The account email (used by the game), and the forum email may be the same in my case, but the passwords for both are different. It could be you typed in the email for password recovery wrong, or the email for the account recovery is in the spam folder (happens).

I did receive the email for the password reset in this case, clicked it and was met with "Password reset failed. The password reset key seems to be missing or has been already used, did you use the right link?" upon attempting to reset my password. Edited February 6 by Solsh
Dilan Rona Posted February 6 Report Posted February 6 Only thing I can think of is when you typed in the password, and did it again a second time to confirm that you typed it in right, that the two didnt match, or that there was a network issue when doing the reset. Request a new password reset, and if that fails, submit a ticket for the developers to look at it. There may be a deeper issue on the account side (I actually had a scenario with that, and it was sorted out within the hour of opening a ticket.). If that doesnt help, then I dont know.

Yeah I went and opened a ticket. So waiting to see what happens. I can't request a new password reset either as there's a 1 per 24 hours rule on getting an email for one. Idk why it shouldn't work but ah well.
