Harry McDowell
My Son and I finally decided to try out some mods, we downloaded the same mods, doubled and tripled check to make sure we had the newest version of the mods but mine are working and his are not. I noticed the .dll files for him were read only. We had tried to change that but it keeps reverting. We also tried to override it with the attrib -r +s c:\file location..... Any help on getting the read only off his mod folder and items within? He is running windows 10 as am I but I have no clue on how to fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Streetwind
If no mods are working at all, did you check whether or not they are even enabled in the mod manager in the main menu?
Harry McDowell
Yes all mods that we downloaded are marked with the blue square. If he tries to join my game he immediately crashes because mods are working on my end. If he starts his own game it loads up vanilla, no mods at all are working like they're completely being ignored. Harry McDowell
FIXED - We had to go into some advanced settings of all the mods that had a .dll file and make a couple changes. This opened an option to check a box to unblock the .dll files. They are now working flawlessly now.
