Shmuuck Posted February 13 Report Posted February 13 Got a desktop finally. It's not the craziest rig but it runs all my games. I can run the game with shadows on now. I've noticed that v-sync off run horrendous but when i set the game to medium and left v sync on it worked fine(i tweaked the medium preset a-bit). I get 240fps with no stutters even when loading terrain though my PC starts screaming. I wanted to attach a screen capture but the site won't let me. I can upload to YouTube if anyone wants to see, just let me know. Got Iron almost immediately and then just spammed torches for days till i could actually mine it, the best start ever and I'm only like 25-ish hours in. My next post will be screenshots. 4
Shmuuck Posted February 13 Author Report Posted February 13 Just an overview of the current state of my house. (30hrs in) 5

Just to get building materials are insane I'm the same. The three woods I love most to work with are walnut, ebony and acacia. Which makes my usual temperate start-twice the distance to the equator worlds a lot more of a challenge, haha. Makes it all the more satisfying. 2
Shmuuck Posted February 24 Author Report Posted February 24 I'm thinking of adding some QOL mods. Mainly for chiseling and resources. It's getting kinda hard. Found some cool things while adventuring. The diversity of the world is quite insane man. never found these while playing on Mac. This skull is now on my walls. 3
