But in all honesty it would seem that regardless of diligence and research someone will have two cents so here we go. It would be absolutely MARVELOUS if I could drag dead drifters and bowtorn out of my way while im building. It's incredible that I can use a falx to unalive them all but I am powerless to chop them up into manageable pieces for ease of removal. Aren't they already annoying enough with their auto-aim and nonstop guttural cacophony of Weekend at Bernies? Keep up the great work devs. Love the game. Even the annoying stoooooopid Bowtorn blowhards. XD

I know that you can push the bodies around, but otherwise it's still more effective to loot them so the body disappears, unless of course you want to leave a body pile in front of a door or narrow path so that other stuff can't easily reach you. Sometimes, but in my experience the bowtorn really need some aiming practice. Against slow-moving or stationary targets they do just fine, but they aren't as good at shooting fast-moving targets or accounting for changes in direction. That award goes to the drifters. Bowtorn also don't really account for things that block their shots, so they will happily stand there and shoot a tree full of arrows if they can still "see" the player. 1
OBAMFSpike Posted March 1 Author Report Posted March 1 Right on all accounts! I cannot loot them however as the server I am on has the mod that auto loots mobs. I guess the Bowtorn ruffle my feathers though cause im always wearing plate and the cowards run. At least the Drifters stay and play. I absolutely do wait for them to disappear and now I do recall that they disintegrate when looted in my single player world. I just constantly play on the server so Ive forgotten a lot about the genius of the vanilla game.
